I didn't know for sure when it was available as there were never to many 400's around here mostly A,C, 140 cultivating tractors. The ones that were here had manual Armstrong steering on them. All the 400's I have seen here with power steering have had the Char Lynn kits on them. MY 57, 450 does have factory power on it. That is what I like about this forum. There is alway's something to learn.
