John-Paul T, I'll be anxious to see how things work out for you. I am just about to go clean the screens now and take a good look at the fluid. I pulled a screw and saw fluid that was a good clear honey color so I don't think there's any emulsified water in there but it's possible. The odd thing is that the noise doesn't seem to causer any ill effects - everything works well - it's just unsettling to hear it. Well post your results here and I will do the same. Chris
