Gas vs Diesel

Im lookin to bulid another pulling tractor hopeully over winter and im starting to slowly look out for two certian tractors, 460 or 560 gas or diesel dont matter mainly a 460, because not as much work to get to 5000lb class as its been done with 560's but massive $ and massive hrs put in.
My main question is what would be better to go gas or diesel? never been around the 221,263,301 would they have more hp, lug,????
I have a 560 diesel that does very well but as gas is growing on me very hard, just seeing what you all would think ive herd bad stories about the gas tractors but ive also herd good stories about them. ??????????????
