Sounds higher than hell to me. I paint my own. They turn out very well most the time. I learned very early, that I had to do these things myself. I can't just throw money at someone else to do something I can do. You can do it too. That is my favorite part of finishing up one. I have painted some a second time as the first didn't suit me. I know a guy that painted his JD 730 propane 7 times before it suited him. He has since taken several first at local shows.
