Kinda O/T = NH 212 + Manure Spreader

I'm going to pull this with a Farmall so maybe not totally O/T... Since we don't have the big cow herd anymore, and our old NH 519 is beyond repair, I am looking for a small spreader for light use a couple times per year. A fellow nearby buys and sells equipment (I have bought from him previously with good results) and has a NH 212 for sale that looks to be in good shape. Anyone have an idea what that is worth and are there any common issues with that unit?
