Well when it comes to ebay i always leave good feedback evenif im not happy...... AS it is my own fault that i bid. I mantaine a 100% feedback score under "jonnnny2006" I have bought 4 tractors off ebay and been happy every time. even if i wasent happy i would not leave neg feedback as they will just hurt my feedback. if he already left you good well tell it like it is..... but before you do any neg feedback TALK TO HIM FIRST. but people who just have 1 score can easyly change there screenname and start over....I have seen it done. Ebay does make it hard as the can by not letting you use ANY of the same info under a diffrent name. Right down to the email address and phone number., But criminals and people who really wanna "start over " will find a way. Thats the "EBAY" "game". good luck!
