well back in the 90's we bailed the ditches around dads farm. i think the county said there were no laws against it. I seen them doing it up north in minnesota. I dont think they mind if you just mow the grass and don't damage the signs or the landscape with huge rutts. Anyone know the law in minnesota?????? I never seen a cop out here since i moved here other than a barn fire.
