They would have the same "weaknesses" as Hs and Ms, respectively. In other words, no particular weaknesses. Some may regard the TA as a weakness, but that's because they don't know how to use or adjust a TA. Properly used and maintained, a TA will last forever. It's only when doofuses pull the TA while going downhill in front of a loaded wagon, or don't keep it adjusted, that there are problems.
