MV Suffix X3D-Belt-Pulley

Hello to overseas,

I am in process of restoring an '51 Distil.MV.
Number is 274995 X3D.The X3D tell me it's a high speed gear transmission.That high speed has that to do with all the gears-settings or only in/or four and five???????
Another question:Was there an attachment available to operate belt pulley and let hydraulic cylinders on their place without disturbing the belt pulley???
My hitch is complete original on this MV.I want to mount that belt pulley also and hydr.cylinders (witch I bought with you over there a few months ago).
