follow the stearing rod and all the conrctions for play. my 43 shakes so bad on the hiway i shake in my sleep! 9-out of 10 times it is in the worm gear. When they were used in fields and hit a rock or anything else hard it would jam on the stearing and would even break a wrist or 2. Thus every time it got jammed it would cause play in the worm gear. on some of them you can spin it around 180` there not to bad to change and you will be glad you did. as there is nothing more fun then driving the ol H down the road! good luck. just follow the stearing rod and check for slop. then check the worm gear. you need to take the nose off to access it. hope this helps... good luck.
