Jim: I know a guy that told me he quite regularly hooked the 2 sides on the separate hydraulic valves, but one had to keep the 2 very close. He basically gripped the 2 levers as one, for his up and down, then would use one lever or the other for minor adjusting making one side cut a bit deeper. He said one had to be very careful. His opinion was rockshsft arms would break before one damaged the blade.
