I think it is 5 different parts to change to make a 54a become a 54L blade. Use link below to to caseih site it tells you which parts are needed.

5 1 652202R91 STRAP/Retired STRAP ASSY, lifting, Necessary to convert a 54-A leveling and grader blade to an L-54.
5 1 651264R92 STRAP/Retired STRAP ASSY, lifting
6 1 351872R1 SPRING SPRING, pressure
7 1 652298R91 ROD/Retired ROD ASSY, pressure spring, Necessary to convert a 54-A leveling and grader blade to an L-54.
7 1 651263R92 ROD/Retired ROD ASSY, pressure spring
