1066 clutch shaft oil leak

I have a 1066 with a TA that I can't keep from leaking in the torque (clutch) housing at the PTO drive shaft that engages the clutch pressure plate. It leaks between the main clutch shaft and the hollow PTO drive shaft. A new seal will last a few months, then start leaking again. I have replaced the carrier bearing on the hollow shaft but did not help. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
