Do you still want to farm with this M? Wooping up on a 3020 with an M - my favorite tractor - is a good challenge. Make sure it"s got the later model rear end bearings since you"ll be making 560 horsepower. You"d probably want some major carb work and electronic ignition. A 450 cam and 450 LP head, maybe plane the head a little and a three-angle valve job. A custom cam and revised firing order would be next.
