Thanks, Guys! That's exactly the tractor I was thinking of. If anyone has any information about the technical side of sticking that transmission inside the torque tube, I'll be ever-so-grateful! Obvuously, looks like the original belly pump had to be "sacrificed" to make this work...so with a belt-driven pump, I might even be able to end up with live hydraulics! As far as making the pre-'69 IH sixes work, I've been told that, other than the obvious "stretching" of the hood and the steering shaft, the truck flywheel will have to be machined to accept the H starter ring gear, and I might have to make a new motor plate to mate up at the bellhousing. But the rest is all 460 thru 806 parts, as I understand.
