I think you are in reference to hitch parts and rear fenders. I am sure these rocker arms are internal engine parts for valve train. IH made early ones out of cast steel with case hardened tips and pushrod sockets. then went to stamped steel with hardened tips and sockets (My opinion is the cast were better) JimN
