It depends on why it spun. Was it a lack of oil in the pan, loose rod bolts, plug in the crank, etc. If you had one spin, I guess I'd recommend a fairly complete teardown. If something plugged the oil form the crank to that bearing, and all you do is put a new bearing in, the plug is still there, and you'll be doing it again. At a minimum, you'l be pulling the crank to grind it and finding a new rod. Might not be a bad time to put rings on and check the sleeves while you have it appart. Good luck.
