Jay,A few years back when I was able to work
I looked at two projects where the owners were tearing down the old house and put up,a new. One couple worked in a manufactured housng plant. I said why dont you have a custom modular built and move it in. Oh No!! they replied we build them but we would never live in one. Some company loyalty. steveormary
