I had to actually buy a socket for an incandescent lamp. The LED is safely stored on the bench in the shop. Virtually all the rest of the conversion was stuff that had accumulated in the shop, alternator for a Chevy 1/2 ton I had 10 years ago, a DPDT switch that was in the basement, etc.

So, in old tractor accounting terms the conversion only cost $4, I used a spare marker lamp for one of the trailers in the socket I bought.
