Factory Paint Committee Decision No. 100 dated October 20, 1936 says "all tractors and power units produced after November 1, 1936 shall be ppainted Harvester red as follows:" the section on wheel tractors lists Harvester red No. 50 synthetic enamel for the entire tractor except 'ground wheels'. The wheels were "Harvester red color varnish". Check the serial number and approximate month. Others may have month breakdown. Change probably was effective ON 11-1-'36 instead of after. Also most likely means steel wheels not rims for rubber tires.
