The smaller one and/or the outside one is the pressure port. However, the diesel pump rotates
in the opposite direction and the ports are reversed. You need to find a pump from a SM or MTA that had hose connections. The piece you are missing from your 400 pump is permanently
attached to the two line steel tube manifold that runs from the pump to the reservoir.
