You are out plowing with your ole Super M TA and you hit some really hard clay. With a normal M you would have to shove in the clutch, cuss a little and shift down to second. With the TA you can pull back the lever, without clutching, get more power, and keep on going unitl you reach softer ground. It slows your ground speed and increases your power. I grew up with an MTA in 1967, wish I had it back. Traded it in for a 706 with the German diesel. Still have the 706
