I see those fiber disks on eBay now and then when I am browsing around on there. Im not sure how you feel about buying on there ( I know some people here really do think eBay is a four letter word... ) but I believe there is at least a part number.

Tisco makes the aftermarket throttle lever for the H and the M, so I believe they also sell the fiber disk replacement for their part. That might be an option to try and see if it fits.
