Your oil pressure is low, it may or may not be a problem. Try the oil pump thing below. As to the drop under load, changes in oil pressure are caused by rpm. The slower the rpm, the lower the pressure. You have less rpm under load than with the clutch pushed in, likewise when you start out with a load, the rpm drops, then increases as the tractor gets going. You will see the same effect when reducing rpm with the throttle, if the gauge is working right.
