Value of the 230's?Tag Replacement?

I am looking at a 1957 230 Farmall.Does the value of a tractor decrease when there is no tag.Can you get replacement tags.What is the ball park value on a tractor like this.The tractor is MINT except for a few cracks in the back wheels.$5000??How many 230's did they make?
