SMTA live power

So more questions about the SMTA since I'm a Farmall novice. Would a SMTA with live power have the same PTO setup as say a 300 or 400 with the tall lever on the left rear side of the oporators station to enguage the clutches? I'm thinking the SMTA in discussion (posted below) has nothing except a TA no live power or hydraulics; a real plane jane of sorts. Thanks always for your help!!
