Simple procedure. Just Heli-coil the darned thing. Shouldn't take over 30 minutes. Don't want to disagree with anyone, but do it DRY and while on the tractor. Then, just before you screw the plug in, use compressed air to blow out all the filings. Use a blowgun like this one in the picture to get the air inside the cylinder. If you use oil, the shavings will stick to that oil and will never come out causing trouble. Allan
