Without the serial tag it is impossible to tell, because the L prefix that designates Louisville on the tag, followed by a 6 digit serial number, is the only way to tell where it was built. Where it was sold will be difficult, if not impossible to determine, particularly with no serial tag. If it has live hydraulics from the factory it does not have a belly pump. If it has a live pump in front of the distributer, and the battery under the gas tank, the pump is aftermarket, and the belly pump is usually used only as a reservoir. The belly pump is not live.
