If the piston is still in it, u might be able to throw some dry ice in there. It should cause the sleeve to shrink and might break it free. I read this tip on this forum, but it was to remove the piston from the seeve, this might work on a sleeve stuck in the block as well. Good luck and keep up updated on how it finally does come out...
It might help others in the future.
