I have had this happen to me But mainly when they sit in colder weather! It just seaps a drop or two but don't leak when running,If you think about it like this ,When things are cold they shrink and when there hot they expand and i would say its normal if it seaps! Just run it a wile (several hours of working the tractor) then go back and retork the head and check the valve seating, I wont say that you will ever stop a head gasket that onece in a wile shows a drop of antifreeze on the side of it.
