i have seen those in rv and off road magizines, i always wanted one for my hay truck [ a 83 c30 with a 12 foot flatbed/ dump] but never got one that add on unit also will allow you to use the overdrive in all the gears, instead of just high hole. the the tranny he's talking about has a large gap between 3rd and 4th and makes it alomost inpossible to keep the engine in the tourque band with a heavy load

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
