Hytran or its equivalent in the transmission. If you happen to find an original owners manual it will spec 80/90 but that was later found to be hard on the TAs - especially in cool or cold weather. On that old of tractor using a Hytran equivalent brand from TSC or Oschlens will be much cheaper then buying Case IH Hytran brand. Only on a newer tractor or a hydrostat would I worry about specifically buying Case IH Hytran. When you drain the rear end be sure to have several buckets nearby. Mine must have had the original oil with a couple gallons of water. I needed three 5 gallon buskets to catch it all.
