Well, my experience is limited to two Super A's and that doesn't mean much. BUT, on the one I have and the other I owned, there is a filler plug on TOP and a drain plug down on the side. None other than Mr. Hugh MacKay...who seems to have more practical experience with these machines than any other poster here...advised me to fill my leaking steering housing with grease...and I did! Works great too! Apparently somebody has already remedied your leak in a very practical manner. Oh, put the grease fitting in the drain hole..leave the filler plug open while pumping in grease to allow air to escape.
