Under hood in front of hydraulic valves there's a breather pipe for reservior, It has a cap with a filter element under cap. Remove cap and put some air pressure in breather pipe when tractor is running and it will forse fluid up from reservior into pump line. Don't over do pressure, does'nt take mutch. Actualy if suction and discharge lines have not ben removed or leaking enough oil stays in lines to keep pump from going dry when tractor is not running. That may not be true if tractors were run with reserviors dry long enough though.
