Remove the distributor cap and bump the engine over to make sure the rotor is turning. If you have voltage at the coil on both small terminals
with points open, I would run apiece of 320 wet or dry through those points to clean them. Check the gap too, should be at .020". If it still doesn't start replace the condenser.
