The state government here wont let the machine shop guys, and radiator guys use the good stuff anymore. They have to get a permit that cost about 1000 bucks a year, so many of the local shops have closed or no longer offer that. We do have one place that has a chemical that will clean parts real good, but they are very expensive.I had him price me a block for my M, 300 bucks! My normal guy now uses a hot water sytem that does a good job of cleaning, but doesnt do good on rust!
