It all depends, in the condition you described I've seen sell in the $1400-$2100 range on average - if they have a fast hitch, just don't see to many sell without one. Thats in NE Kansas. If the rims are patchable and the tires hold air people don't seem to deduct as much as they should for that repair. As long as they aren't spinouts rims seem to pop up cheap when you aren't looking. I bought a pair of rims (with smooth tires) for a M (fits a 300) for $20 just because I thought they were going to low. Still have one as my neighbor needed the other and traded me some work for it. I'd say offer him $1200 and see what he says, don't be surprised if he wants double.
