Lewis: Your right about the SA1, I've never seen one only in a photo a guy sent me last winter. They look a bit odd with SA styling and the raised hood. I guess we'll have to do a creation like building one using 100 chassis and SA sheet metal. At least keep up with MTA guys, and they are going to all that expence of building MTA's out of 400's something not even rare. In fact the 400 is almost as rare. I've fabricated a few fast hitch forks from cold roll steel. It works well and they don't bend. That forklift fork is a good idea as you can probably make use of the taper by cutting from right location on fork. I've also used a few forks from SC, 200 mowers, welded 1/2" on bottom and pads on side. They work and one can usually get mower for scrap price, and sell for scrap.
