Well since you have the pan off why not pull the head. Then in the cylinder thats still stuck fill it with tranny fluid and let it sit a few days. Then top it off again with tranny fluid and a table spon of gas. Lite it up and let it burn till the flame dies and do it again say 2 or 3 times then tap it a few times and it will probably pop free. If it doesn't then theres probably no hope in saveing that sleeve. BTDT and had good luck that way other then on one engine and that one needed a new sleeve
