Wardner: If that were the case, a 300 with TA and transmission driven PTO, the PTO would reduce speed when TA is on low side. I knew a guy with TA and transmission driven PTO. I really never discussed the tractor with him, but he did bale hay with it and used TA on a PTO driven baler. I have heard him remark how he liked TA for baling. From that I would assume power source for PTO has to be between TA unit and Main Clutch.
