David, I have a parts catalog for the 140 with a print/revision date of Sept. 1964. There are two different ones listed in my catalog. One is 372060R91 as noted for s/n's 501 to 23300. The part no. for s/n 23300 and higher is 384913R91. These part no's are for the metal piece on the front of the tractor with the radiator neck cutout. There might be more part no's for tractors following the print date of my catalog as I'm not a 140 expert and I don't have access to any 240 information for you. Hope this is of some help to you.
