DO NOT start that engine until you"ve got the pump fixed. A malfunctoning injection pump governer is totally unpredictable. It could put the engine into a total runaway without warning. I witnessed this once about a year ago on a brand new Deere compact utility tractor, sounded like a turbocharged weed whip! Put your 14 in nuetral and push it inside with another tractor. You"re sure there"s no problem with the linkage?
