I did put new Hydraulic fluid in when I filled it. I can't move the control arm, so I can't bleed off air that way. Seems more and more like something must be seized up inside.

If I take the unit off the tractor and drain the fluid, I should be able to push the cylinder pistons back and forth right? I mean they should be free moving w/o and hydraulic pressure working against them, correct? I'm thinking if I take the unit off, drain it, and I can't compress the pistons, something must be stuck inside. Am I correct in that?
