FARMAL B SPARK

Working on a 1940 farmall B,can't get good spark
installed new points and condesor from case-ih dealer,impulse is good and strong,but spark at points is erratic and faint,and no spark at plug,
I gapped the points at .013 as per OT specs
could I have a weak coil, or do my magnets need recharged? Any way to test these components?
Any help or suggestions very appreciated
