Info on International T5 bulldozer

Hi, need info for International T5 bulldozer on total weight of machine with blade,(and weight of blade alone), hydraulic operating pressure, approx amount of time to access steering clutches and is it possible to insert shim discs to tighten up clutches ?
Am hoping to buy this machine, which hasn't run for 20 years, and have to move it off their property somehow. Thanks...........
