Yep, it's a Cub. Price varies a lot depending on location, but in my neck of the woods, I'd expect one like that to go for $1,500 - $2,000, plus a couple hundred for the mower, plus a couple hundred more if it really looked good. Cubs go high, generally. Higher than is justified, in my opinion, but some collectors love them and that drives the price. Just going by the picture I notice a couple a things: The air cleaner is missing It looks generally kinda rough, looks may be deceiving, but it appears to have been worked hard. I'd want to know what shape the engine is in, compression, rattles, smoke etc. The rear wheels don't look stock, but I don't know enough about them to identify what it is. Maybe some kind of high clearance thing going on there?
