Farmall Super C Hyds?

This is on the same Super C that i was talking about earlier on here with all the hyd oil going into the the engine, well know i have just put in all new seals and no oil goes in but when i start it is has a little smoke and the pump is like it is keep on building pressure and doesnt know when to stop, so when i rev it up or hit the hyd it stops, when i had the pump apart the smooth shaft was smooth but had a little grove at the end of it, i remember before when i had this question out here they said i could get a sleeve for it, i think it might have something to do with the pump working and mabey pushing a little oil in there, or it could just be the new seals aint broken in, well anyway i was woundering where could i order a sleeve for that smooth shaft inside of the pump?
