I dug around and found some pictures of that P12. I don't remember what show it was at, but the background reminds me of Mt. Gilead, OH. It has the engine from a P12 power unit. The frame rails have been widen to accommodate a larger bell housing. It has a 12 volt starter and I'm not sure if the light bar is from an H or if it is from the F series.
