Just open brainstorming here, but interesting.
If the diverter (priority) valve which controls the path of the hyd. oil to the steering/hitch/remotes, is in need of repair/reseal or replacement the symptoms might duplicate those you find. Additional flow volume may make the valve more sensitive to jerky motion. If all other hydraulic processes are powerful and smooth, I would suspect tha valve. If other problems with hyd. are present, I would suspect the pump. JimN
