Those are probably the Behlen power steering pumps. I don't think they are much good for anything other than the intended use. You need to do a rebuild on the belly pump. I used to pull a fully equipped John Deere 495 4 row planter with an H. Dry fertilizer boxes, insecticde boxes, the whole works. The original belly pump lifted it just fine.
